Echo-Mart Agent Terms of Service

Effective date: July 22, 2026

Echo-Mart provides automated assistance, not guaranteed outcomes. Product, pricing, availability, policy, and cart information ultimately comes from the merchant's Shopify store. The merchant remains responsible for reviewing catalog proposals, complying with applicable laws, and fulfilling customer orders.

Acceptable use

Users must not abuse the service, attempt to bypass security controls, submit unlawful content, or enter passwords, payment-card information, or other highly sensitive information into the assistant.

AI limitations

AI-generated responses can be incomplete or inaccurate. Echo-Mart uses live Shopify tools where possible and clearly separates proposed merchant changes from approved changes. Purchases and payments are completed through Shopify.

Availability and liability

The service may be changed, suspended, or unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, it is provided without warranties and liability is limited to amounts paid for the service during the preceding twelve months.

Governing law

To the extent permitted by law, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
